Bumper Repair Kit

Anybody know where I can get bumper repair kit from? SEM and 3M make the product but Lordco, Canadian Tire don't seem to carry it. I thought it would be an easy find or I'm using the wrong terminology. I'm getting the boys at Rise Auto Salon do my whole car project but I wanted to fix the cracks in my dashboard myself.
I have all the other supplies needed for the job. I'm thinking Flexible Plastic Epoxy would also work. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've already filled the cracks in the dash with rising foam to fill it out.

if it is a 3M product, Lordco should be able to get it. for SEM, you would need to check with autobody suppliers such as Vancouver Autocolour, West Can, White & Peters, etc
