Hmm maybe I'll drop the case just to be safe. I think I'm around 3" inches in the back now. I got some serious rake going on because the front is still stock. Trying to explore my options for lifting the front. If dhillon would send me those springs I'd be good. Maybe I'll just have to toss on some coil spacers.
I'm going to fab up a roof basket this weekend to keep all my trail goodies in. Spare, shovel, etc. Also thinking about fabbing up a Off Road Utility trailer for camping. Hmmm maybe I should start a build thread lol.
OH one last thing.... to the past owners.... what is the ideal tires and size you would recommend for someone who is planning on doing a fair bit of off road use, no real long distance commuting and keeping low budget in mind. 30's, 31's, 32's? My lift will be in the 3-4 inch range all said and done.
Berz out.

i think i have some 3/4" spacers still and some longer shackles for the rear leafs if your interested.. $50 for all of it.. you can just double up the coil spacers ontop of the stock ones. send me a pm if interested.
my recomendation for 3-4" lift - get rims with good backspacing and 31x10.5" tires ...............and then when you are tired of that and want more clearance and better tires go for 33x12.5" and trim your fenders.
i forgot to mention that the front track bar on the XJ's, when lifted, can wear out quickly. definetly look into an upgraded track bar, RE1600 is good and not overly expensive
if your interested, fender trimming.. Jeepin.com » Trimming your XJ’s fenders for 33s xj fender trimming - JeepForum.com
oh and http://www.bcjeepclub.ca/index.php?action=forum has a good bunch of guys, and knowledge, planned trail outtings and a buy/sell for parts.

If I was local I would take you up on that offer but I'm up north so I have no way of getting you money and you probably don't want to ship stuff lol. Thanks though. That's the main problem I'm having with location parts.
I think I'm going to go 31" tires for now. What is a 31" tire in metric? 285/75/15?

Sorry I couldn't help you out berz School sucks, I thought I'd have my jeep slammed by now but school = no cash flow.
I probably won't get the cash to get my jeep looking all nice for a few months, when I do I'll send you a pm

Anyone know if there are there any other junkyard springs I can use that will give me a 2-3 inch lift in the front?

Looks good man, my buddy had an XJ awhile back, went on eagle with him but man the flex on XJ's, IMO they look like monsters ahaha wanna trade for a ZJ?
For parts and stuff like that i would go on justjeeps.com, I get most of my replacement stuff from there and aftermarket stuff too. that's if you wanna order stuff in.
Good luck with the build!
