so the yellow custom Enzo from alberta ended up in the Atlantic Ocean yesterday...the owner looks like a pretty down to earth guy. I have to say the car's getting uglier since the last time it was posted on RS though
As mentioned, owner does indeed seem like a pretty down to earth guy. He's been in the news before when he did a tour with a bunch of cars and reached speeds of 200km+. Alberta police said they had no prior knowledge that this event was going to take place and started an investigation into it...Not sure what the outcome was.
Check out the rest of his inventory. I was going to buy one of those Ferrari's but after I realized how bad it performs in the water, I think I'll pass.
I love how it's like "He corrected it perfectly, then IT JUST DROVE ITSELF LEFT OFF THE ROAD" rather than "He overcorrected left and put it off the road"...
I get that though, Ferraris crash themselves sometimes, it's just part of the car.

Great attitude toward the entire experience and the Enzo doesn't looked like it sustained a substantial amount of damage, every driver makes the occasional error.

SR isn't a tuning shop in my eyes, they're more of a customization shop, the fact that they customize exotics doesn't make them all that special.
Racing Greed and Speed Syndicate are tuning shops.

Totally agree with u. SR can have certain things done for you. But by no means are they running a shop in the backyard. I remember they had an issue performing an alignment with my old car, I had to drive somewhere else to get it done.
There's nothing wrong with a shop that customizes car though.
The car can be shipped back to Italy and be rebuilt by Ferrari. I believe someone did this with another damaged Enzo.
This is my guess too. Although they may turn it away when they see what it looks like now .... lol.
The car needs to be gutted. Motor was running when it went in the water so that will have to be gone over and likely rebuilt. Any/all wiring needs to be replaced. It's no small job.
