Looks like a FX or EX infiniti.

Driver is screwed for running away, I would not be surprised if the owner already left the country.

I think he meant the Magnum.

But the car just looks lower because of the angle of the camera. FX looks right as well.

cx9 maybe?, black plastic trim on bumper is what i can see in the video..
dont think its a fx, the bottom portion of the rear window between c and d pillar is slightly curved up, whereas the fx window is horizontally straight,

not a Q7, Q7 doesnt have sloped window trim, its straight from drivers all the way through to the trunk.

looks like a CX-9

Im thinking something like a BMW X1

From the blurry video we can see it has HID's, roof racks, the entire siding of the car has a black plastic trim, and it looks like a lower and longer type car.

99% positive it's a XU30 Lexus RX

Notice the wrap-around rear windshield and how it's tapered at the lower right and left corners, the position of the taillights, as well as the kink on the rear quarter window.

I'm going with X1. Ground clearance seems pretty low compared to others and the upward sloping rear window also gives a big hint.

Tail lights look wrong to be an X1. Lexus R330 looks pretty close.
News was speculating that that person might have been the driver of the white vehicle.

There was this story as well. Hit and run 2 days ago? The woman died. Can you imagine how much it sucks having to explain to your 4 year old daughter that her mom died?

After seeing that again, looks like a either X1 or Chevy traverse. Take a look at the side rocker panel, rear bumper rocker panel, and 3rd row window slanted profile. Also the roof rail.

But then again the car looks big, so I think Traverse would be the closest
