Galaxy S2 LTE blue tint

Hey guys.

I'm not too sure why my phone is doing this but its been an issue for a while and it comes and goes.

At times my phone has a severe blue tint to it and distorts all colours.

If it appears and I press the power on/off button several times it disapears sometimes but other times it just stays for a while.

I'm really not sure why it's doing this but I know AMOLED screens are known to have blue tint so maybe some of you have some experience or have heard of this issue.

Let me know what you think.

EDIT: When I updated to Jelly bean this didnt happen for a while but started with ICS and continued for months.

If its still under warranty, you can get it fixed for free?
