-Viper car alarm system (window modules to roll up/down via remote, sunroof module to close sunroof via remote, set to autolock in 30 seconds after car is turned off, pins to detect all doors/hatch/hood opened or closed, proximity sensor sets off warning beeps if people walk too close to car and goes on full alert if one person constantly stands too close to the car for a period of time, blue LED notification flickers differently if alarm was set off mounted on door, and more!)

The previous owner had all of this installed, and he worked at Future Shop so he was able to get employee pricing on everything (talking about the electronics only). Even after employee pricing which is dirt cheap, the alarm system with all the upgrades (sunroof and window modules, pins to detect opening/closing of hood and hatch, etcetc) was around $800. The sound system was around $700 as well.

I know I'm probably missing a lot of mods on this list, but these are all that come to mind atm. Will add more once I remember lol

Some more facts;
-201k km
-Well maintained, oil changed regularly and fluids checked regularly
-Very fun to drive, intake makes vtec really pop
-Perfect engine/exhaust note and volume (for me, anyways). Headers, intake, high flow cat but stock catback lol. Sounds pretty much stock with a deeper tone during normal driving, hit vtec and the engine has a deep and loud growl but no ricey exhaust note because of the stock catback
-Vtec kicks hard
-Lots of OEM stock parts will be included in the sale (OEM springs, front orange corners, speakers, deck, and whatever else I can find)
