Do I just go to any Honda dealership and get the airbags fixed?

Slifer check your vin to see if the recall has affected it and then call your closest dealer. Or call the dealer with your vin and they'll be able to see if yours is one of the ones affected.
Heads up that it could be a quick simple job or it could be in for a day or more, depending what specifically needs to be done.

Maybe they're sending them out in waves so the dealerships don't get overloaded. As it was, it was a 3-week waiting period for me. Was in the shop for about an hour and a half (also got my oil changed at the same time).
