Originally had talked over a few weeks about securing his vehicle. Answered his many many questions, eventually he booked an appointment. Then I called him to remind him the day before and he answered the phone and confirmed he will show up the next morning.
He didn't show for his appointment, did not answer his calls, did not reply his voicemail, or PM's on RS. At least have the decency to say you've changed your mind. I've special ordered in products needed specifically for your vehicle, and booked off time for the technicians to work on your vehicle. When you don't show it effects our scheduling and the technician may have nothing available for him to do which is a loss of income.
