i hope everyone gives the gift of "fitness" this holiday season.
everyone needs to goto the gym or take up some martial arts.
there are far to many pussy's in this world, that talk smack
not to mention the tremendous beneift weight training and martial arts can bring into ones life.

lol yes and no... i havent been able to do anything "active" since grade 10 due to my hip and knee problems... that part isnt my fault.. but in the summer i froot boot and shiz liek that... imnot out of shape... my shape just happens to be a bit pear shaped right now ... kidding... ive just gotten lazy since i havent been 'allowed' to do anything

aw, that sucks about the hip.. how ever that happend
pear shaped, lol.. thats a good descriptions.. i cant not goto the gym or do some martial arts or run or something.. it makes me feel weak and nimble.. i guess it makes me feel like a normal person.. kinda weird lol
i have no description for myself, but people call me a machine which i find funny lol

lol unfortunately my hip did whatever it did on its own.... kinda lame but i'll deal.... it sucks cuz i used to be in track, soccer, and stuff... i still roller blade... but im not supposed to... but as of lately i havent done much at all... when it warms up im gonna bust out my "costco" mountain bike and get on that... lol ^_^
