Well, if it's a newer one, it shouldn't have a turbo. Turbo's only came in the 1st gen's ('89-92). If it's a turbo in a 93-97, then it is aftermarket. Adding a Turbo will cost you anywhere from $2,000-$5,000... so I highly doubt there's a turbo in it... just ask TurboProbe about that. He's one of only two people I know that have gone to the lengths to install one. (edit: I found a complete turbo kit for a Probe that's for sale right now... the guy is asking $2200 US, and that doesn't even include the cost to ship it or the installation cost... which would probably equal the cost of the parts)

A stock 93-97 Probe GT, goes for anywhere between $5500-$12,000 depending on the usual (kms, body condition, mechanical, etc.)

So yeah... if you are interested... just give me some more info, and I'll let you know what kind of deal you're lookin at.

the coq was super icy this morning!!! one car that was just in front of us took a corner too fast and plowed right into the meridian thing, smashed the whole front end in. and then we saw a trtuck that was heading the other direction on its side, the top was all crushed i think it flipped and skidded on the roof. and right after merrit there were some tire marks leading right into the ditch. eek we made it alright tho!

i gotta build a sub box for 2 12" Cerwin Vegas (Vega series) for my blazer. im kinda retarded with the whole math thing so if anybody feels like their up to it heres my specs..
each sub needs 2 cubic feet
slot port- 2" x 6" x 10.50"
the displacment of the sub is 0.13 feet and the port would be .07 feet
the cargo area is 36" wide, 18" tall
o and i want the subs in seperate chambers

thanks to anyone who can help or share some input!

351rusty 01-16-2004 06:03 PM
