If you guys think the spider picture was scary, the kid who owns the big spider lost it for a night *How the hell does that happen?* He had to go to sleep after searching for a very long time, turns out the spider was on the TV when he woke up, The TV was in his room too *shutters*

RedCeli 01-20-2004 07:32 AM

How could he sleep? I'd be curled up in the corner scared for my life.

Danch 01-20-2004 08:56 AM

Some folks don't mind spiders I guess. Someone at work has a Sun Tiger (?? I think it's that) Tarantula. Big mofo. He lives in an apartment, but guess what happened to the spider? It escaped, and once again to reiterate, he lives in an apartment. He recently fed the spider and those breeds can go for over a week without food. He did find the spider after a week, in the heating duct 0_0. He brought the guy to work on Halloween, he was big, rather dosile at least.

ick... i hate spiders... an im talkin little guys... i dont think i could handle being near one so big.. could you imagine hearing that thing walking around in the vents? talk about making it even harder to sleep... bleh.. lol im sure they can be "nice" creatures ... but definately not my type of pet... i cant see those things as being 'good' company at all.. i'll stick to my bunny thnx ^_^

His name isn't Jacen by any chance, is it?

Danch 01-20-2004 01:36 PM

It's Jaime actually. He dressed like a Wizard on Halloween.

WOW! Today interest rates dropped like crazy! Check out how many folks are buying houses down in Vancouver! That's awesome! Best buying in fifty years down there! Oh yeah, Canadian dollar jumped 2/3 of a cent today, allmost at the 78 cent mark.

fourtirefire 01-20-2004 06:01 PM

a buying frenzy is just going to drive the price of houses up. if the prices go way up, a 1/4 point reduction in interest rates isn't really going to help anybody. in fact if the frenzy causes inflated prices, a 1/4 point drop will likely still mean a higher monthly payment. oh well... buying frenzy = overly inflated prices, and by the time the housing market tanks, i should be ready to buy. :D

as for the dollar, that's good for us to buy from the states, but bad for Canadian exporters.
