Nah because i didn't hit on her once ok that was just me being me when i hit on a girl, both HER and I realize i'm doing it. So if Festus thought i was that's her problem and whoever else thought that. Now let's move on ok then.

If I were to insure my car in my own name (remember it's only a '92 Accord), it would cost me upwards of $7000/year.

ThunderKat 03-23-2004 12:35 PM

$7000 why is that??

I think he did anyway....I can't find it anywhere!
So if anybody has one, and wouldn't mind letting me juice up my camera
for the meet this weekend that would be Fan-fucking-trabulous! :D

Thanx.

you could probably just buy one from london drugs or future shop.. use it, then return it :D. though i'm sure the guys at FS dont like that since returns probably get chopped out of their commission

My old neighbour works for capri insurance and when i last insured my car, I was complaining about how high my prices were... earlier that day she said there was a guy that had come in earlier in the day... he had a 2001 Ford F150, and was paying $3,000 a month!!!!!! for insurance. He has had three accidents under his name, and has a 400% increase or something like that.

AzN_ignite 03-23-2004 01:11 PM

they are charging him so much because they dont want him to drive

I had an accident in '97 where I rear ended some lady. ICBC told me that if I paid for the scratch on her rear bumper I wouldn't have to worry about anything, so I paid it. Then in 1999 they paid her around $75000 for "injuries" and "loss of enjoyment of life." I didn't knoew about this until 2003 when all of a sudden my insurance rates where through the roof.

ToyotaWolf 03-23-2004 01:53 PM

dude okke you do realize you could fight that.

I 'm pretty sure I did, but everything to do with my part of the claim was "missplaced"

RRxtar 03-23-2004 05:32 PM

they should have given you a copy of it when you signed.

i did for my last 2 claims.

ToyotaWolf 03-23-2004 05:57 PM

ICBC does suck ass and here's why i got hit while backing out of a parking spot the chick was speeding through the parking lot and when she got out of her car she said FUCK NOT AGAIN(because she had already been in an accident 2 times that month) and given this info guess what ICBC does FINDS ME 100% for the blame FUCK ICBC.

EDIT: oh by the way i got to pay her decutable too and she did $1350 damage to my car.

RRxtar 03-23-2004 06:04 PM

its your fault. you shouldnt have gone untill it was clear to go.

ToyotaWolf 03-23-2004 06:08 PM

dude she wasnt there when i looked thats the point she ripped aroudn the corne rthat fast i had already checked that side checked the other started to reverse and was turning around and she was already on my bumper. So don't lecture.

RRxtar 03-23-2004 06:23 PM

dude! YOU BACKED INTO HER!

if you stomp on the gas and rear end someone and say "well i didnt see them" is it their fault? NO.

ToyotaWolf 03-23-2004 06:35 PM

Nevermind dude anyways back to the useless crap people cause we are both right and both wrong so moving the hell on.

Gunn 03-23-2004 06:41 PM

well, I hate ICBC for various reasons... but the most being their refusal to cover my hit & run, and with their ridiculous accusation that my mom stole my car and crashed it up (and that it wasn't a hit & run)... anyways, i will always hate icbc... not the employees, but the people who govern them.

By the way, our lawyer contacted ICBC regarding the situation I mentioned above. He was 99% sure we'd win it... although, it doesn't really matter right now because I'm getting the damage fixed for cheaper than my deductable. I told him to back off, although we may still pursue something.

Oh, and Mike... which Capri does your mom work at?

Festus351 03-23-2004 07:27 PM

ICBC need to be less money greedy....

on a happier less important note... ITS MY BIRTHDAY TOMORROW!! :dizzy:
^_^"

Festus351 03-23-2004 07:28 PM
