Oh man... drove beside a MINT Plymouth GTX Hemi 4speed most of the way down 97. That thing sounded like pure sex. I just muted my stereo and listened to the carbs vaccum and rumble of the exhaust coming from that 426... damn...

Man... got back from the Fraser Valley Tour yesterday. What a beautiful sight... a thirty-DSM convoy headed up the highway to the Hope Slide. What a blast... definitely doing it again next year.

ok you and craig and your whole little scene that goes ripping on these roads

DO NOT CROSS THE CENTER LINE ON THESE ROADS

rip it all you want, but for the love of god please stay in your own lane. there are a LOT of sportbikes riding these backroads and to have to worry about some kid in the wrong lane going a buck twenty around a corner ISNT cool.

im not saying you guys all drive like this, im just using this post as an example to make a point on something most of you havent really given much thought.

just remember that you arent the only ones out to enjoy a nice road.

Goes both ways. One of my closest friends was in a BAD BAD crash swerving to miss a bike. Both of them were ripping though, but the bike was across the line. Don't be fucking stupid.

Am I the only one here who doesn't think the Olsen twins are OMG SO HOT?

They aren't "bag over the head," but I don't understand the obsession. Having a threesome with them would involve incest. I don't get it.

they're pretty hot, although i don't think they're as hot as everyone makes them out to be.

I guess as far as your threesome comment goes, TP, it's the same as guy's wanting a threesome with mother/daughter combo

dont get me wrong, kelowna is FULL of squids and posers, thing is MOST of them dont usually venture out to westside road.

i have quite a few friends that ride this road regularly, and ride it FAST. im talking faster than just about any 4 wheel street legal vehicle in kelowna could hope to keep up with. i wont get into the whole "dont speed its dangerous m'kay" side of things, im just sayin if you're out for a rip be concious of crossing the center line as bikes can come out of nowhere VERY quickly.

imo, keep it to the coquihalla. When you get a car ripping on the same road as a bike, and the bike hugs the line on the outside lane, your gonna have the car swerve. Exactly what happened to a buddy of mine.

Ripping in the backroads is stupid in a car or bike. That's why whenever i meet up with these dudes and they go for a drive i take off. Not worth it. I'd rather speed on the highway, even then i haven't broken 130 yet since i got my licence back.

you seriously have to be doing 220+ on a bike to have any kind of fun on the coq... and thats not really my idea of a good time.

cool, but the thing is these people arent going to give up riding westside road anytime soon. this is more like a headsup to anybody that regularly drives that road to be prepared for what COULD happen if they arent careful.

friend of mine crashed on west side road 3-4 weeks ago.. and last week another buddy got ran right off the road because the car came right into his line (minus a few ft) and it was either head on with the car, or biff it

ripping on the high way in a straight line is oh so much fun.. seen 250 kph on a straight away.. the funnest part about that whole ordeal was reaching 14,000 rpm in 6th.. braking like a mofo, droppin down two gears and tearin up a left hander
