My wireless connection is fucked, stupid router worked fine yesterday, then I come home to a not saying the internet's not working, check mine, works fine (mine's not wireless), check my dad's, it's down, so I use my computer to check the router settings and reset the router, then mine stops working!

My wireless router fucked up a while ago. My computer couldn't find a wireless source. Took the router and network card back to future shop to exchange for brand new ones. Problem solved.

it does say it all... from what i remember your accord was fairly run-down. I've been a member of 3geez.com for YEARS now, but i may have to stop in and see if they can help figure out whats wrong with her.

2.5FearFactory 08-17-2005 08:22 PM

hahaha man today was interesting. I went to Juniper Ridge just to check it out and the view was AMAZING....on the way home my truck started sputtering and halfway up the hill to Summit Dr. just died...so figuring I was out of gas again (I do that way too much) I grabbed my gas can and started walking...about 20feet from my truck I found a crank pulley and started laughing at the poor bastard who had even worse luck than I did.....I looked at the crank pulley and noticed there was a bit of baby blue on it (it was upside-down), pick it up and lo and behold....*MY* crank pulley....the bastard sheared clean off. Good times :D

A HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE thanks goes out to Ryan (hampton) who didn't hesitate two seconds to come and help me (at first I thought I could fix it and limp it home) and came and went gas with me (yeah...lost my pulley and ran out of gas AT THE SAME TIME :lol) and was generally a wicked guy. Also, thanks to Troy for stopping to see what was wrong when you saw me on the side of the highway....once again I'm blown away by Kamloops.....the fact that my truck is fux0red is nowhere as bad a feeling as it was a good feeling to not be alone. Thanks :)

Oh....and Enhanced....you've got a surprise :lol (read thread) :D

it wasn't too bad. i never got around to sanding the rust off so that spread a bit, but other than the transmission linkage problem and the heater core leaking it was fine

heh, good times. i would have never believed the 2 events could happen at the same time if i hadn't seen it with my own eyes.

also i can't believe it then made it all the way up the highway and down to enhanced with no water pump, alternator, or even power steering without overheating or dying.

got an awesome part time job for the next couple weeks.. working for BelMK as a land surveyor. the pay's good, the job isn't taxing on the body at all, and i'm learning a lot of things that are good to know because i'm going to be starting a civil engineering course probably next september because this one's full. :(
some of you guys may have seen me running accross gordon and springfield trying not to get creamed by moving vehicles whilest positioning my 'prism rod' to get cross-section shots of the road to build blueprints for up coming sidewalks on a nearby sideroad. someone drove by and yelled my name anyway.

Gunn 08-18-2005 02:11 PM

i can see my new place in that pic of craig's (how old is the pic craig?)

down_hill_dog 08-18-2005 02:56 PM

That pic was taken this spring dude. I think i bought the car in April or May of this year? It's a nice little neighborhood up there. Blackmountain Pub is always a good place for food and drinks too.

RRxtar 08-18-2005 03:42 PM

blubomber - thats rad. ive always wanted to do civil engineering but unfortunatly that would mean upgrading alot of mistakes i made in my younger days.

those mistakes are a lot easier to overcome than they initially look ;) and the end result is worth it a million times over. I'd highly recommend giving it a shot :)

RRxtar 08-18-2005 06:40 PM
