So I go to disconnect my telus internet today, because for $15 less than what I was paying Telus I was able to get cable and internet from Shaw, and they advised me if I cancel my service I'm going to have to pay $150 for the cancellation fee since apparently I was on a 3 year contract.. I was not impressed.. I told them that I was not paying for this, as someone there told me they had taken me off since the contract wasn't agreed to by me.. After about 5 mins they finally got this straightened out.. Now lets just see if I get a bill for $150......

Moral of the story.... NEVER go through Telus for anything.

Called Air Canada today trying to re-schedule my flight back. That took 5 hours, and now the department manager is calling me in the morning, so hopefully he/she isn't clueless like everyone else there.

telus has the best cell phone customer service between telus/rogers/bell by a LONG LONG way

saucywoman 04-26-2006 08:04 PM

I haven't had any probs with Rogers *knocks on wood*. I am just fed up with the bullshit I have went through with Telus..

Bouncing Bettys 04-26-2006 08:42 PM

i overpaid my last rogers bill by $0.38 cause i couldn't remember the actual amount i owed. that was back in 2004 and even now, once a month, they keep sending me a statement showing they owe me. at first i was like - whatever, rogers sucks, if they want to keep wasting money sending me these statements so be it. but it got annoying after the first few months and its a huge waste of paper. i should tell them to send me a cheque for the 38 cents to end it. i'll get around to it one of these days

service wise i think rogers is the best, i've never had a dropped call or anything with my cell phone and im on rogers. bell, doesnt work up at my house in kettle valley, it would always drop calls or just not work in the most random of places! thats why i stopped paying my bill 6 months ago...

SpooSports 04-26-2006 11:06 PM

LORDCO fucken licks my bag, the dumb broad gave me the wrong u-joint for my drivesgaft, long story short, we bent the yoke trying to put it in and the manager basically told me to go fuck myself today.

RedCeli 04-27-2006 03:14 AM

Speaking of cell phones and all that....are there any new cool ones out in Canada? i'll need a new one when I get back.

Some old bitch ran a yield sign and drove into me with her new Hyndai. Gave my bumper a scratch and gave her fender a dent. She just reversed and took off... WTF

saucywoman 04-29-2006 04:19 PM

So I went to drop off a resume yesterday and got hired today for my second job.. I'm going to be delivering for Panago.. I wonder how long I will last working that job on top of the 40 hours I already work in a week.. I'm hoping the tips will be good. Side note: does anyone know if you have to declare tips on income tax?? Sorry I've never worked that type of job b4. I just need a part time job, and wanted a slackish one

Bouncing Bettys 04-29-2006 11:32 PM

you're supposed to declare tips but most don't even bother.
