lol ya...I took a PR course (it was labelled as a Journalism course so it counted towards my J-credits for my degree...and my fave prof taught it lol) and they had all sorts of ethics BS in it and it was a fucking joke...the only way to get ahead in that business (or business in general) is to cheat, lie and stab your way to the top.

Maybe if you want to work in business for a few years and then end up in jail. Business is very much a game of brain power. You can only cheat for a while before it catches up to you, and then you pay huge.

exactly, business is a game of pure politics, you have to beable to protect your self at all times and always be in th eright place..you could do the best work ever but if you cannot play the office politics (protect yourself) you will never get promoted...business is like everything else...it is all political

fucking snow :( This had better stop by Fri night as I'm heading up to Sun Peaks to do some boarding and don't really feel like driving for 45 minutes on these type of roads.

Heading home on my lunch which is basically just across the river, so only 5 min drive, I saw 3 tow trucks. So I can just imagine what it's like all around town.

Buying a snowboard today after work. I was thinking about getting a K2 Moment, but for the board and bindings I was looking at it would be just over $400 with taxes, and I still need boots and googles. I decided on the Morrow Wildflower package from Sport Mart, as I'm just a beginner and I think it's a pretty board for a girl.

big white had 7" of fresh powder as of 4pm. and its still dumping snow. ive got at least 7" at my house alone.

took my puppy to puppy school yesterday.

shes got 2 classes a week for the next 4 weeks. after that shes into some intermediate training.

there are about 10-12 dogs in training, our dog at 5 months is the biggest dog except for the couple that should showed up late with a full grown male germanshepard.

everyone looked at each other like, "wtf, this is puppy school, not police training" but it turns out that dog was scared shitless of the puppies, probably from the spca, i've never seen a dog shake like that before, it was nuts.

funniest thing had to be this 10 yr old kid, kept asking question and he had some sort of medium sized mixed dog. anyways, we were practicing the dogs to sit.

the dog is facing the other direction, and this kid just keeps belting the leash towards him yelling sit. but since he's so young the dog is just like wtf. he kept doing it over and over and the dog didnt even notice the kid... it would be alot funnier if you saw this kid :)

I love the snowy roads, but I sure hate the traffic jams it causes from fucktards driving 30km/h below the speed limit...

went snowboarding today, fuck was the powder amazing. I did pretty good for not having been in 5 years. Took an all day lesson, which I think helped a lot. Now I just can't wait to get up there and try my new board out :D
