Were you trying to prevent him from merging? I'm not sure if he would be completely at fault if it was a merge lane. I'm pretty sure the person that's not merging has some responsibility to make room for the merger.

No merge at all. I Was driving in the left lane for quite some time. He was in the right lane, than came into my lane door>door... He knew he was at fault, and blamed windshield glare his issue.

Do you not look around though. Seeing if it is a merge, you could have backed off...

Nowhere did I say it was a merge. Presumably I could've backed off or sped up if I knew that he was going to hit me, but by the time I realized; it was too late. End of topic, immigration seniors cant drive. Period. Me driving in my own lane and being sideswipped... not my fault.

i lay peelers all the time, doesnt get the heart goign anymore unless its a sit there and hit drive kinda burnout then i am thinkin well that was atleast $50 in tires and huge mofo ticket if i get caught, but i drive a lil truck so most people dont think it is me :D damn exhaust gives me away tho. :mad: but usually people think its running like crap and i have no exhaust, i get kinda offended when people say that tho.

^ they don't even need to be heavily modded. my cousin was scared when her b/f drove her car and V-TEC kicked in, she thought something was going wrong because of the noise.

quite possibly actually, they make their kids wear full face hockey helmets like 24/7, no joke. they were having a waterfight in shorts and full face hockey masks. the angle grinder making tonnes of noise and shooting sparks everywhere the day before probably didn't help either haha.

Somedays I dont realize that most people have zero car knowledge. I was talking with a coworker about my truck cuz he asked why it was so loud. I was telling him that is was on the bottle and later in the convo I refered back to the bottle and how I had to retard the timing and he looked so confused. So I said when you run nitrous you have to retard the timing change plugs etc... and he was like "you have NITROUS" i said ya, he was like that stuff is dangerous your stupid, at this point i realized that there was no convincing him that it is ok with proper precautions, some people's children i tell ya.
