My friends and I go to Blenz on Denman on a regular basis. A lot better than the one on Blundell in Richmond.

garden city and blundell is 24 hours, right next to the blendz...

its fucking awesome, get a few foot longs for the sub of the day, and chill at blendz with a coffee at 4 in the morning hahaha
