why not? im sure he will learn to mould the chakra with one hand at some point, but if he doesnt then he could always use like 10 clones to do the job.

after reading 379, it's over for Jiraiya.
ALl that's left now is for the paper lady to intervene and save him. (it's obvious Jiraiya can't escape without some help).
