ok, for some reason I thought he had the third one before that fight.
But Naruto didn't die and he acquired the third, so there are other ways of getting it.

He got it while fighting Naruto. The reason for killing Naruto isn't to acquire the third tomoe, but to acquire the Mangekyou Sharingan. He gets the third tomoe in chapter 229 of the manga.

rin is alive .... remember the anbu that kakashi talks to ?? the girl one ... i believe shes rin becuase when the 3rd dies they were both there ... paying repect to obito i believe .. they had that little conversasion

The Anbu girl has dark hair, Rin doesn't. Rin has those marks on her face. And, the ANBU girl called Kakashi, "Kakashi-senpai." Rin would probably call him Kakashi-san or something like that.

i wasnt too happy with that episode. It was cool, but theres too much talking and not enough action.
sucks though that theres no episode next week.
