Ahh I'm sorry, forget what I said- after I read your post I was like wth is he talking about? I missed the OC today! 
I thought TV Tome said the next new episode wasn't until next week (24th) so I didn't even bother watching TV today, so I was commenting on last weeks episode. Oh well. They had to get rid of Alex somehow.

Alex is definately the man in the relationship. Which is why she totally tweaked out when she saw her gf with her Ex BF. I mean, who wouldn't?
