i'm actually thinking of having a chiu chow xmas dinner this year....

i miss those cold crabs, conch, oyster congee, fried fishcake, chiu show style shark fin.... havnt had those for a while....

eating at home is so boring now... all my parents know how to cook are either braised abalone, shark fin, fa gaau, or bird nest or those hairy crabs....

seems like a lot of the recent posts have been deleted?

I'm having my first Xmas dinner this year, so far Alaskan king crab, hairy crab, prime rib, turkey, shark fin, roasted suckling pig, salmon, otoro, and unlimited champaign red and white wine :D
