Welcome to RS! Check the winter tire discussion thread, but usually for dedicated snow tires, it would be Michelin X-Ice 3 or Blizzak Hakkapeliitta. If you're looking for an all weather option, most people like Nokian WRG3.

The XIces are good for Vancouver since they've got a treadlife warranty that's great for our warmer climate. Not that great in deep snow though.

The WS80 are good, but are experience widespread early wear issues in Toronto. Would suggest the Nokian Hakkapeliittas instead if you want the absolute best winter tire, or the WinterContact SI for a good all rounder.

Hello all, My name is Stephen and I just moved to Vancouver all the way from Ireland. Always wanted to live here for a while so doing it now. I only arrived less than two weeks ago so dont have wheels here yet.

I am a huge JDM import guy and imported a few JDM cars in the past into Ireland and still own a forged 400hp R33 GTR and a bone stock, super clean 2002 DC5 Integra Type R. I spent about 7days straight getting them all clean and waxed for storage while I am here.

Been busy getting set up with an apartment and all the legal documents/adult stuff and looking for work in IT/Tech now and also starting to look into buying or maybe importing a car. Its like a new process all over again for me. :)

Hey y'all.

New to this site and new to cars in general! I crashed my 2011 Honda CR-Z a few months ago (without collision /sad) and just picked up a 2012 Civic LX. Vowing to do all the Mechanical/Electrical work that you can do yourself, myself LOL.
