So is that her racing her own car?

Moo Man 07-10-2007 03:10 PM

^ Yup that is right, she tracks her own car. I wanted to take her car out for a session on the track, but them fawkers wouldn't let me, so I was stuck with my camera all day that day (my car is still in the bodyshop so no track time for me)

I'm glad you liked the chop.

Haha... essentially yes. before the Digital Rebel (300, 350, 400, XTi, whatever you want to call them), there were a variety of 35mm Rebels... It's a great camera, I've had it for years, it's all I've ever known. :)

If you're interested in learning more about the 35mm equivalants, there is a pretty comprehensive listing here:

http://www.photozone.de/2Equipment/canoncamera.htm

The Rebels are in the third table down. :)

Enjoy.

Haha, thanks Senna! I've been coming back to see this place a little more often recently. I'm glad to see everyone's still here, and civil! :)

I thought you died.

I've spent some time away from shooting, possibly the worst mistake I've made. :S

I am now living in Scotland, with no scanner... and very expensive developing costs... which means I will be limited to very few shots. I have a couple I could put up, but it's been awhile since I have taken a nice shot! Haha.

*edit* Here's my most recent automotive shot. :)

*edit* I played around with some bordering ideas in PS... here's what I came up with. :) Lemme know what you think. :)

both very nice shots!

I wonder what it would have looked like with the car closer to the water so you could see it's reflection

MikesJo 07-16-2007 09:01 AM

Water? Who's picture are you referring to? lol

Senna4ever 07-16-2007 09:15 AM

Cement.

Senna: Not yaletown but I think I know which area you're thinking of in yaletown :). Just before the cambie bridge right?

Tom: I got a new one again. Stupid thing though, I shoved in the card I used last in the old one and now the shutter count is up at 2000 lol. Gotta bring it back down to 500 :). Works good though!
