First one is owned by a guy named Anthony, thing is totally mint. Has smoked euro de's, smoked rear lights with BBS , umm can't remember, the old style 16inch deep baskets, 3 piece one. And the 2nd one is a white M3 stock, owned by...my dad :).

Ya, its Mazen's car.

haha, I know Anthony. He has a detail shop downtown..
Great guy.

Do you have any more pics?

The original shot did not have colours looking like that. I did lots of photoshop work in order to bring out the colour details. Same with the water reflections as well. . . the original shot didn't show much detail from it so I had to "bump" everything up to give it that dramatic look.

Thanks for your comments guys. . . this is definately one of my favorite photos I've shot. ;)

Not pics of my car, but pics shooting out from it, inspired by Car_chick's B&W shot out the sunroof! The leaf just happened to land on my sunroof, and I thought of that pic by Car_chick. :)

thnx. yup posted them b4. more cars in those. but the only thing i regret was having TOO GOOD a seat lol... being 10th row main grandstand with longest lense at 85mm didnt give me much variety in angles to shoot in...

btw, nice car, great house :D

Doc 10-27-2004 09:22 PM

Got a couple requests for more pics of the BMW, so I decided to edit another oldie:

I like this one a lot better than the red one.

The angle is better, and the lines flow better.

Just a thought....have you tried applying some photoshop "photo" filters to this pic? What I had in mind was the red of your car; perhaps use the filters to make it even more contrasty.

Doc 10-28-2004 01:11 PM

EDIT: Ok I tried a different color filter (green), and I got the perfect contrast.
You're right Levitron, it looks much better.

Thanks.

how/where do u add "photo" filters or color filters on PS? :o

I personally use a third party plugin for all the photo filter after effects (nik color efex pro 2).

But you could also simply make a new colored layer and play with the opacity/fill. PS CS also has its own photo filters (image/adjustments/photo filter).

Thanks. The car is mine, but sadly, the house is not. I parked my car there because the red Japanese maple tree in the yard just popped out at me. I haven't a clue who the house belongs to.:o
I hope the owners don't mind!

Spiderwebs!!!! Wahaha....it needs a wax :D

I like this shot. Perhaps it's how the flare ends up being 1/3rd of the way into the frame.

What was your saturation setting for this? Looks like you bumped it up a bit.
