I'm pretty noob to dSLR's but, in RCubed's sti photo's it seems like all the light is focused on his car and his backround is less exposed, is that a setting on a camera or photoshop edit? And can anyone name some good places to shoot? thx!

Then of course he also photoshoped the picture a little bit as well.
