Question: when you guys take pics of a moving car with a blured background, what are the usual settings that you guys do? When do you focus when you start panning? Thanks |
If you are referring to the pics above - I believe they were shot with rigs. If you are talking about just a regular panning shot (ie at a racetrack), I normally focus on the front quarter panel and make sure that the car is traveling in a relatively straight line (to keep it in my DOF) |
