Lol other than the bling, they actually work well on track with good pads and fluids :)

Pedal feel is great with the 4 piston and the aluminum body cuts down weight and dissipates heat well. I've beaten mine at the track a few times and they're holding up great! Post up some pics!

I've heard both pros and cons.
Cons = just for looks, they do nothing better then stock.
Pros = awesome for track, lighter then stock, 4 piston goodness!

I don't know what to believe but whatever it is, it doesn't matter to me. I've always wanted these Spoon calipers and now I have them so I'm happy!!! :)

I'll post some pics as soon as the rain goes away. It's been raining for a while now but the weekend might be good?

FEELS ASHAMED FOR DRIVING LIKE A DOUCHE

I'm confused. What did I do? I wouldn't say I drive like a douche, I drive like an old grandma. Slow and steady hah. I'm too paranoid of hurting my car.

insomniac 04-05-2011 11:49 AM

^no haha he wasnt implying to you he was implying to larry chu haha

european 04-05-2011 11:53 AM

Yea I figured but I was thinking to myself why would he say something like that. Does he mean me but saying some new crazy internet talk? I dunno lol. Then I thought he was implying to himself by saying Larry Chu. I thought that was his name.

I'm sorry if that disrespects anyone :( but I don't know who Larry Chu is.

Matsuda 04-05-2011 11:54 AM

Dont take it personal, you should search who larry chu is on the forum and just read what a wanker he is. You'll understand the joke better :)

:| What! Aluminum? Won't that be too light? Too much vibration?
I've been meaning to show you something. Mounted my boom under the car!!!

Matsuda 04-05-2011 12:01 PM

His camera weighs nothing though

RCubed 04-05-2011 12:02 PM

Nope. 2.125 OD.
The old booms weighed 1lb/ft.
The aluminum ones weigh 0.403lbs/ft.
:D

european 04-05-2011 12:05 PM

ooooh. Nice! That sounds like fun!
I'm waiting for the rain to go away. I have a specific rig photo that I'm itching to take!!

RCubed 04-05-2011 12:36 PM

Bring it on Sat! Ill bring new boom =P

I bought some equipment for a strong undercar mount too. Gotta wait till it comes.. along with 2 more suctions cups and 6 more superclamps. :)

I weighed the sections so you can take a look at the weight difference.
-2 sections of EMT, 5' in length for a total of 10' = 10lbs.
http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y17...d/DSC00165.jpg
-4 sections of aluminum, 5' in length for a total of 20' = 9lbs!!!!11!

Double the length, less than the same weight. lol

Need tips on reducing lens flare
http://a4.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphot..._2971786_n.jpg

I took this randomly as I saw this car driving by, but I've been noticing the flare more and more recently :( it's worse with my new sigma 1.4

I like my SH wheels. I'm too picky when it comes to wheels. I want Mugen GP or Advan RG. Something along those lines but I dunno.
