^ Thanks but I don't think so. I still think you're the boss of all bosses. I tried it with the IKEA cloned out but it didn't look right to me for some reason. I went driving for 3 hours around Surrey, Delta, Ladner and Tsawassen. I came back with nothing. I was scouting for decent automotive spots. I'm looking for something very specific but I don't think I'll find it within city limits. Looks like I have to spend some time customizing that bumper bra so it fits over my front lip and take a small trip out to Mission or even further. But man my lower back kills me when driving more then 45 minutes. |

I think that looks really good. It's not too close but not too far away. I used 20 feet before but only with compression couplings I was so paranoid its going to fall apart. I'll have to try it again as I don't use the couplings anymore. I think I'm going to start carrying some weights with me and attach it to the other end of the rig to counter the weight once the camera is mounted. I'm still working on a better way to mount the rig from underneath. |

^ Oh yea! So damn nice. I went to UBC as well to check it out. I was somewhere in front of the Vanier building? On University blvd and Marine? Something like that. Anyways there is a parking lot thats right in front of the trees. I was thinking to roll right up onto and take a photo. There was a large group of photographers and or student photographers that were shooting a model with the cherry blossom trees in the background. I took some sneaky photos of them doing their thing :p |

I'll head up there again around 6am on a weekend as driving over there during the weekday from my place will take hours due to traffic heading into the city. I don't know how it will look with my red car but I guess its all in how you process it. I'll probably just make it all look red ad too much contrast or something. I found a spot where you can park right in between the trees as a parking lot/drive way cuts right in between them :p It reminded me of GT5 photomode lol |
