Sweet bike! I'm not good at advice, but there are some basics that could make your pictures better that at least I know. What's your camera setup? Use the rule of 1/3's. In the picture your subject (the bike) is taking up the full picture. So, fill your picture with the bike basically 1/3 or whatever, and hopefully find an interesting background that could compliment your bike nicely. Look and Dylan's photo's, or Kevin's photo's for inspiration. Shoot more, and ask for help its the best thing you can do! Good luck! |
Its a Canon 70D with the 18-135mm lens that came with it (I have 3 other lenses I could use not sure if they would be better though). I used a canon speedlite 600ex to light the picture. The bike isn't insured so I was stuck to taking pictures in front of my house. I'll try taking some pictures of the car sometime this week and remember to use the 1/3 rule |
