mike, i always love ur shots, but i gotta tell u, shooting wide angle motion shots distorts the car to the point that it can be mistaken for a SUV. longer focal length will make a world of difference.

Guess I'll try a longer length next time. IS and riding in a car w/ a soft suspension would help, haha.

Tom, I think that would be a really cool picture without the car in it. However, I think as it is now, it's kind of unclear of what the photo is. As an architectural photo, the car is distracting and takes away from the lines and lighting. As a car photo, the car is lost in the background because it's so small.

Yes, the purpose of that shoot was to see how it would turn out. Kyle saw the structure and we decided to take some snap shots. The arc looks nice on it's own, the car is so small it gets lost for sure.
For the future, would another car work better, maybe another position, closer, fill flash one side?
I just wanted to see what peoples feedback is on this one.

I like it cause it depicts and emptiness . A car stranded in the freezing weather. Or a worker gone to a closed down employer for the day.
nice shot!
