The first boss isn't hard. We almost beat it with 20 people yesterday after we did our BWL attunement quest without even knowing anything about the encounter. It's not a straight up "kill = loot" encounter and it takes some thinking but I think we have it down when we go back in with 40 after finishing up MC tonight.

So the Gate into the 3rd boss is locked to ALL guilds (Conquest, 12Prophets, FoH etc) and Fury of War is the ONLY guild allowed to go past the gates and kill the 3rd, 4th, and 5th boss.
