Hotpot does sound nice this year, I've actually never had a lobster in hotpot before. Seems like a waste to cook it like that. Wagyu beef on the other hand ... :sweetjesus:

Ironically, I actually had Lobster with E-Fu noodles from take-out for Xmas this year. Family's choice, lol. Instantly thought of this thread.
