| today @ Central Park
today we went to central park around 9-930 or sometime around there. it was me, mug3n, pk604, n 2 other guys..let's call them A & B. the story goes like this:
during this past week; mug3n somehow really wants to go to central park. i dunno y, he has no reason into going. so anyways..we went today, got off @ patterson n went inside w/ flashlights. on our way inside we saw this man that kepted on staring at us. while walking through the woods, pk604 n B kepted on saying someone following us. pk604 got scared by a tree n twigs. while were still walking; mug3n sed he saw a black shadow/figure flew by(this i may believe cuz my sis told me about it from my aunt). as were still walking, we come across trees that becomes frightening to us. we then came across this small field, w/ 3 diff ways to go. we see a few guys n pk604 says they were dealing drugs or sth..so we didnt go that way... n went the "dark n narrowed way". while walking, we hear weird sounds coming around. then A shines his flashlight against a foot print n says there's no more foot prints, n they become freaked out by it. so we decided to keep on going, no looking back n just went for it. again mug3n sees the black shadows. so then we see swanguard stadium n we just ran str8 for it.....
n that concludes our journey in central park....

to get to beaver lake u gotta take pipeline road... its to the left in the entrance. instead of following the main road right, u take the left at the fork. then u drive down teh road and past the stanley park train station and few 100 meters away there will be a trail on your left hand side that leads u down there

thanx | The first place I would suggest is Lighthouse Park in Vancouver. It's scarier than Stanley Park or UBC. Mostly because it's more isolated and you cant' see much of the city lights. To get there, you have to go down Marine Drive in West Vancouver. As soon as you get off the Lions Gate Bridge, take a left and just pass Park Royal Mall and keep going. Keep going straight on Marine Drive (it's about a 20 minute drive) It's a good idea to have a map with you. Keep your eye on the right a couple of times and you can see a really nice view of Vancouver too Anyways, when you keep going, you'll eventually get to the more residential area and there would be less street lamps. When you see a road on your left that says "Beacon Lane"..go down the lane (there's a bus stop near the entrance) Keep going down Beacon lane (The lane looks more like an alleyway with houses surrounding you) and you'll eventually get to the entrance of the park. You'll see a sign on your left that says (Beacon Park) The parking lot is really dark and be careful of the pot holes. When you get further into the parking lot, you'll see a sign and a map of the park in front of you (it's like one of those tourist thingies that provide info on the park). To the left of the sign, you'll see a gate that's closed off to any vehicles. If you're willing to, you can park your car and walk into the woods. It's about a 25+ minute walk to the lighthouse throught the woods and it's very dark since the trees are thick and the city lights are really far away....
