i was talking about my arguments. if you don't agree, then you can say so. i sure as hell do. but i know i attempt to actually THINK before i post something. and that's what separates useful from the useless.

i was one of the earlier members too. i first came here just to read about cars. (there was only like..one fourm back then, so..everything was all in one..not split into categories) anyways... yah untill some haunted house thing. i showed up there took pics of a little meet..and joined..posted the pics..

but anyways... the reason there are more and more retarded posts is cuz..well, look at the forums...OFF-TOPIC, GARBAGE, FIGHT CLUB. if there was still only one fourm. it would be like the old days.

but with those forums..what dou expect.i mean..fightclubs got no mod. just the sight of that pushes me to post totally retardes stuff cuz no one can do shit about it.

and well..u know i can only think of a couple ppl that "ruin" the forums..but, they provide entertainment. u gotta admit, you've laughed out loud at least once to one of those posts. i mean..they're funny. anyways. cya

Generally, when you have a larger crowd of people you get a larger portion of the population. The bigger the portion of the population, the more average and not quite so thoughful people you will get ahold of. Think about the average shmoe for a second or two and you'll get what I'm half-assedly pointing at.

As for the intelligent discussion? Start something up and make it snappy, refreshing and thought-invoking. Then maybe you'll pull in some people who care to discuss such things to a certain depth. If you're going to complain, take some steps to counter the problem and encourage others to do the same by leading with your example.
