ooh ooh...just got a reply back from the local supernatural researchers for the pix of the house across from the crofton manor house. Here's what they said:
"Hi,
Thanks for taking the time to submit these photos. They are quite interesting. I'd first like to know the weather conditions of that night. Was it raining? The first photo shows diamond shaped lights around the house. They do not look like typical orbs. Rather, they look like they could be rain. However, the second photo shows an anomaly in the lower right hand corner. It also has a rather large orb over the house, and several other orb type anomalies. Can you be sure that no one or thing was in the way when you shot this photo? (specifically in the right hand of your camera lens). I'd also like to know what made you choose this location for a photo shoot. Is it reputed to be haunted? If so, I'd like to know more. Do you know any history of the place?
If you are going back to this site, may I give you a pointer?
It has been our experience that digital cameras are not generally trusted as far as paranormal photography. (What a shame, because they are just so HANDY!!) In other words, they seem to show a LOT more orbs than a 35mm camera. I have to admit, I wonder if that is because there are a lot more orbs to see that we are just not picking up with our 35mm? or is it some characteristic flaw, typical of a digicam. Therefore, I am not ruling these out as paranormal, only perhaps you could go back and get control pictures from a 35 mm or even a video camera.
All in all, I admire your endeavors, and keep it up! Thus far, I would give your pictures a "possible activity - warrants further investigation" |
