heheh... Veleno is already on two VUL teams this summer on tuesdays and thursdays. i wonder who else plays on RS. maybe they just don't venture here onto VLS.

what discs? ultrastar discs ftw. anything else feel different. official weight "Frisbie" discs feel too tall. and i miss my pink disc. i want to buy a pink disc now.

When and where are you guys playing? I signed up for the rs meet but I might have to work that day. I can meet up afterwards though.

i don't think we've decided on a place yet. and the weather might not be cooperating on sunday. cheryl said the "practice" would be around 2pm... and i'll probably be leaving the meet at 3 or so. i'll post more info here later. :)

I'm very interested. Do you guys have practices on weekdays or saturdays? I work sundays and it looks like I have to work this sunday as well. It'll be near dark by the time I get off. I'll keep checking this thread for future practices but PM me if you have a date/time/location.

i work on sundays too so practices on sunday would work for me either. i think we might have practices during the week but nothing has been put forth yet. we'll see whether the rest of the team even wants to practice. :o

are you interested in playing on tuesdays on game days? i'll have to check with ze captain about our roster though. i've sorta lost track. :p

well hmm... i GUESS that is a GOOD excuse to not show up.... :p but you have to make sure that you teach your kid how to toss a disc. ;)

Games? I can't commit myself until after 1630 on Tuesdays. Plus I wouldn't be much help to your team anyways (I suck.....bad). Just enjoy tossing the disc around and occasionally the friendly scrim at the park. Casual, not competetive.

well, this is the summer VUL league so game start at 6pm and 7:30pm on tuesdays. ;)

and tomorrow, we'll having a practice/meet&greet at douglas park at heather and West 22nd Ave, in vancouver. at around 2pm ish... onwards. i'll show up after i leave the RS meet at around 3.

I was there yesterday morning for a practice with my Tuesday team. Actually, my Thursday team is going there to practice at 4 pm today too, so I'll try to show up a little early to say hi to you guys. Or feel free to stick around for a scrimmage. :)

EDIT: Practice was cancelled due to bad weather and field conditions so I won't be there. Hope you guys had a good throwing session!

Practice was good! we saw another group of people, and wondered if you were there valeno! it ended up for a good day to huck the disc around!
