Terrible. I'm really dissapointed in JP Cellular and hopefully I can get it the problem fixed tomorrow.

About a week and half ago my gf dropped her phone at the club and it got scratched up so I decided that I wanted to replace the housing for her. As a regular on Revscene, I found JP Cellular, so I decided to go there and get it fixed. I put down a $20 deposit out of the total of $110 for the full housing as I would have to wait 1 week before it comes in. A week later, the part comes in so I took time out of my work to get it installed which took about 2 hours. I was in a rush to get back to work so I didn't bother looking at the phone. The next day I gave the phone back to my gf and she looked at it and told me that it was NOT new. There was scratches on the phone and wear and tear all over it. I'm planning to go back to JP tomorrow and complain about this. I hope that this is not the way they do business.

you forgot to mention, i didn't even charge you to repair you phone, remember your phone die and who fix that for you. The parts i installed for you is brand new, you check it before i install it. I give you a free crystal case and you keep puting it on and off and that's why it got scratches i even give you the old full housing back. You told me you crack the LCD screen and now you blame me i'm selling you a used housing, what kind of person you are!!!

I will have to show you the phone tomorrow so you'll understand there's no way that the scratches was caused over 1 day. there's wear and tear over it (another cellphone place also said there's no way it's new) and from the time you gave me the crystal case I never took it off until 1 time to remove dust on the screen. The install was bad from what the other cellphone place told me, you can look at it.

W600c is a CMCC branded and it cannot be debrand.
only W600i can be but you will lost Chinese.

Can you do a repair on a LG KG800 Chocolate. I think the cable is toasted between the display and the board. Everytime I slide it up display goes messed up. So how much would a new cable cost?
