Went to Reifel yesterday. All shot with 400mm f2.8 at either f2.8 or f4. EXIF info has been preserved.

Little fuckers are so fast. I shot this at 1/2000th f2.8 and still got motion blur.

Killer pictures Senna! #6 is awesome!

Senna4ever 02-19-2009 12:30 AM

Thanks. It's definitely a sweet lens. Now I want to buy it instead of the car I've been wanting to get. :p

niforpix 02-19-2009 07:57 AM

#6 & #8 are awesome. I gotta find some time to go there again.

Senna4ever 02-19-2009 01:31 PM

I'm going on Sunday if anyone wants to come.

Meowjin 02-20-2009 04:03 AM

77civic1200 02-20-2009 05:38 AM

It's true. They're never there when I go. :(

Matsuda 02-20-2009 06:21 PM

are you running up them with a knife and a fork while going nom nom nom? that could be it

Bonjour43MA 02-20-2009 10:35 PM

i don't shoot birds but apparently the D300 is great for it.

JLC 02-22-2009 09:57 AM

These were taken during the first photo fieldtrip I took with my introduction to photography class...

Any criticism/comments/compliments are welcome..did I do something good? something not so good? something I can think about next time to get an even better picture? Since I'm still learning, anything to help me improve is very welcome.

PS: All pictures taken with my D90 with the 18-200 VR lens. Since it was a pretty nice day, most of the pictures were set at Auto WB, but I did play with Sunny and Cloudy settings for some of them. Also, I mixed around from using shutter priority, aperture priority and some manual as well.
