falcons! checked out Iona today. never seen these near my camera ever, and had two occasions to shoot some today. branches of course were an issue again, but i kept the removal of them to a minimal. these guys made me work like crazy, back and forth, this tree , that tree.

Those were all taken at Iona? Sweet - I've never had any luck there myself. Did they give you the code there or something?

This is my only good shot from there. :-(

This is Snoopy, a captive one that was injured by flying into a car. He can't fly anymore due to a broken wing and a head injury.

Kyle (77civic1200) has a great shot of one too.

I have some photos of him too! From the Terra Nova falconry show. There was a rescured merlin too.

I love Snoopy....he's so cute, but still capable of ripping your face off with his talons! :)
