Golden Eagle portrait. This is Thora, a gorgeous Golden Eagle that was hit by a car as she ate roadkill. She lost her right eye and was blinded in her left. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...c4ec06be-1.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...psf962acdf.jpg |

Long Eared Owl starting to get active after sunset. This was taken about 20 minutes after sunset, and it was too dark to see the owl with my eyes, but it was visible on the camera screen. I call him Mr. Clumsy - you'll see why about half way through. :p -Canon 5DmkIII + 500mm f4L IS -1/30 sec, f4, 25,600 ISO |
