Quick question, I don't feel like choosing seats cause it's like $15/each and the plane is practically EMPTY. So can I change seats when I'm boarding since the plane is empty or I can't move seats?

I hate their stupid automated system that assigns seats, its almost like they purposely assign people that obviously are together (who bought the tickets at the same time with a single account) into different seats that are not together, as if trying to tell you that if you want to sit together you should pay up ... cause when everyone is mostly on the plane, its a game of musical chairs with a lot of people switching seats to sit with their whoever they were with

No, they don't check for ID unless you play the table games, and no, they don't check at the entrance.

How you get 5-10 grand free? Gamble alot?
Anyhow.
Since you're staying at Cosmo hit up the following places there:
Holstein's - for burgers and shakes
The fine dining greek place - forgot the name but it has a great cheap lunch and dinner is alright
China Poblano - if you like asian/mex cuisine
STK - for steak
Wicked Spoon - for the buffet, lot of ppl love it but its YMMV for me.
TIP for the buffet: I heard you can buy the buffet ticket (i.e paying for it) at the conceirge and you can by pass the line and show your receipt and go right through. Or ask your host to take care of it.
If you have all that 5-10K I'll blow it on all the restaurants at Cosmo as they are all pretty solid.
For gambling underage:
They won't ID at entrance, poker table, slots or any type of gaming machine (unless you win big).
I'll stay away from the table games, especially Bellagio. Went there 6 months ago and I get carded all the time by the pitboss.
For family things:
- Do the bellagio fountain
- Do the winter wonderland at Venetian
- Shopping at Fashion show mall and Prime outlets
Unfortunately not much I can think of for family things as Vegas is only really fun for 21+

So I made my way to Casa Fuente, however, they closed a little early to my disappointment. My entourage and I ended up back at The Mirage's "Rhumbar" where we smoked a few cigars and sipped on some scotches. And my God, the bartender chick was so hot.

Rooms, Service, Food all great. Also, none of the drink girls are 50+ years old like they are on the strip...highly recommend if you rent a car.

well i got some reviews for anyone staying at cosmo, a really nice and hip hotel for the younger adults
blue ribbon sushi place beside marquee nightclub, 10 dollars a piece for ONE raw ebi (which includes a deep fried head) ordered like 4... bone marrow was not bad but they serve it at wicked spoon (the buffet for cosmopolitian)
I don't know what my family did (probably paid extra) they upgraded our room with couches, better view of the strip, literally across planet hollywood in the middle, perfect fireworks on new years. We also got a free wifi password (mgold) for cosmo, or it is 15$ a day so i hope that password still works for anyone hitting up cosmo! Also got 2 free wicked spoon vouchers from the front desk on the first day so i went to the buffet 6 days in a row for free. First day was woot and second day was alright.. and the remaining days only had an omelette and other small dishes in the end....
but free food for breakfast is free so aint spending a dime on anything else had bone marrow to grab O_O
secret pizza place beside blue ribbon was alright... not worht the lineup with the wait being 30mins + and shitty / boring / few topping selection
I think i went to ESTIATORIO MILOS restaurant and i REALLY love their lobster pasta, huge tail, probably the best place to eat in cosmo that i went
also saw ATB post a facebook page of his plate and omelette (he performed the night before at marquee nightclub in the hotel) and one of the comments said he is eating @ The Henry restaurant beside the casino, ran to the restaurant and looked around. He was probably eating behind the walls and plates/mat/everything from the picture he posted matched but didn't get to see him for an autograph (didnt want to go in
edit: will try the l'talier or w/e the fuck its called with 7-8 dishes and tao restaurant next time, was to busy to go across to the venetian

My buddy had his stag in Vegas....was a group of 12 guys and we book 2 2 bedroom suites at elara ( ph towers when we were there). The suites are huge. Each suite has 2 bedrooms (one room has a hottub in it), 2 bathrooms, kitchen and large living room with a projector (screen drops down in front of the window) and a mini kitchen/smaller living room with pull out. We didn't realize how big it was and probably could've got away with just one of those. The suites were half full lol. I would recommend that. I forgot the price but it worked out to about $550 per person for flight + hotel (fri-mon). This was in May before Memorial Day. Posted via RS Mobile |
