Penn and Teller do a great show though. And they usually stick around to sign autographs after.

Jesus Christ, the guys in my group of friends we refer to as nickle and dimes because of how cheap they are wouldn't attempt this. Godspeed.

You can save a chunk of change on Penn and Teller by buying tickets the same day @ one of those Half Price Ticket booths peppered around the strip.

LMAO hold up, you think girls will buy you guys drinks in the club, that's hilarious. You do know this is Vegas right? You do know most women go there with the expectation for the guys to cop the drinks, right?

He'll need to drop at least $50/person to get in, especially if it's just a group of guys that haven't paid for bottle service and a table

Unless you guys enters with a group of hotties then you'll either wait forever to get in or won't get in at all unless greasing the bouncers big time. I highly suggest just getting in touch with a club host and getting a VIP table with bottle service.

It'll give you somewhere to chill between dancing and the bouncers will bring girls to your table.

Ok just came back from Vegas. Cosmopolitan was amazing. Don't think I could stay at any other Vegas hotel anymore. We got upgraded to a Terrace Suit which is almost 1,000 square feet in size. One bedroom, two full bathrooms, kitchen, terrace overlooking the Bellagio fountains. My apartment in Vancouver is practically half the size...
The staff were great as well.

Ate a ton of food, so here is my quick review of some highlights:
- Wicked Spoon buffet for dinner - I've heard mixed reviews, but this was by-far the best buffet in Vegas. Their "make your own" bouillabaisse station was excellent, on the night I went they had black cod, shrimp, clams, mussels, etc. Tons of seafood and a strong mix of salads, soups, and other well prepared items. Dessert was the only miss.

- Momofuku - Only been open for 2 weeks, but it was an expertly prepared meal. Prices are reasonable for what you get, and the service was outstanding. New restaurants usually have some hiccups, but I didn't really see any. The sweet and sour long beans were my favorite part of the meal.

- Jaleo - Went for happy hour, but ended up ordering a bit of food. Place has a great vibe. Bartenders are knowledgeable. They make fresh paella throughout the night, it looked amazing but I didn't get any. Their tapas which I did have were all solid.

- Eggslut - Ate breakfast here 3 times. Affordable compared to other options, and freshly prepared. Just as good as the LA location in my opinion. Can't go wrong with any of the sandwiches. The scrambled eggs are super creamy. I felt The Slut was a bit overhyped though.

- Hash House A Go Go - Terrible, don't bother. Over sized american portions. Quality isn't there. They ran out of coffee by noon?

- Trevi - One of the better happy hours. Solid list of cheap and well made drinks. Good appetizers, especially the calamari.

I stayed @ the Aria in Feb i believe it's $10 daily for parking, but being part of the MGM group, you could use your room card as parking pass to any of the MGM-owned hotels parkade which i thought wasn't too bad.
Momofuku was the worse restaurant i been to, like shit to the shittest, we ordered their signature chinese bao and their signature dishes, you could have better in Vancouver, wasted $250usd for two there.
highly recommend Morimoto @ MGM, 100+ bottles of sake to choose from, each dish was well prepared and tasted awesome.
We stayed @ Cosmo terrace last Nov, i think Aria is just as nice especially with their in-room automation (control4), can't go wrong in either hotel, i'm just not sure how cosmo parking works, as it is not part of the hotel groups in vegas.

Don't take this the wrong way but why would you order asian food in Vegas?

We get the best here in the Lower Mainland

We went through different planners all three times we got bottle service. The best way is to find guys on the street who are promoting specific clubs. They will be willing to work with you cause they want the business.

Also if anybodys looking to taxi in and around the strip, don't.

Uber first trips are free. If you go with a group get everybody to download it and take turns using.

And Lyft usually has people on the strip handing out $50 vouchers, you can only use $5 / trip but riding anywhere along the strip will be inexpensive.

I flew with them back at Christmas. It's...well Allegiant. Super basic aircraft - non reclining seats, more than average number of seats in the aircraft but if you're flying to Vegas, it's really only 2-3 hours. The aircraft was an A319 so it looks like they're moving away from the MD80's that were super old.

I'd only take them if they're super cheap. In my case, it was half the price of an equivalent flight from YVR so it was worth it.

My dad was stranded at the barn that is BLI because Allegiant delayed their flight by 9 hours or something. This was a while ago, but still.

Cheap flights are cheap for a reason, so if you're willing to risk potential massive consequences, then go for it. Also be prepared to pay for EVERYTHING.

"Ah, yes, I see you've purchased a ticket for the flight! But you still need to pay the aircraft entrance fee, the seat occupancy fee, as well as the rental fee for your seat belt buckles! It'll be $25 to bring any baggage over 500 grams on board, and an additional $20 to stow in cargo, or $10 to stow it overhead"

We've been flying Allegiant the past two years but one buddy flew out of YVR and flight was only $75 ish more expensive (after exchange at 1.35) as opposed to us flying out of Bellingham. This was August last year

I didn't mind the aircraft.... It's just somewhere youre going to be sitting in for 2-3 hours lol who cares. But yes I can say both times we've flown Allegiant it was delayed on the way back leaving Vegas.

And like mentioned above, it costs to bring luggage, costs to print out your boarding ticket, And certain seats cost more.

Next time we're gonna fly out of YVR for sure. CDN is just too low right now, will reconsider after we climb back up.

went to cosmo but didnt try the best pizza place in vegas? secret pizza place when drunk?

shake my head..... and I agree about the wicked spoon being the best buffet in vegas

i tried the $100 CAD / $75 USD buffet from caesars?? or was it the bellagio?

just garbage.... waste of money... old food, old place, old everything

wicked spoon feels like its more fresh in every way.
