i am going to las vagas next week as well. What do you guys think of the Circus Circus hotel? Is it old?

circus circus? you might as well stay at the imperial palace. there both marginal hotels but at least imperial location is central to the strip.

i'm going in june myself. booked through allegiantair.com. staying at the westin (located behind the barbarry coast). 3 nights from weds. to sat. and air from bellingham. grand total with taxes and converted to canadian dollars is $341 per person. 4 of us are going for that price. 2 rooms with 2 people per room. that is cheaper than going to whistler.

casear palace has the best malls to walk around.

Came back from Vegas

so yes you guys were right, Stratosphere was FAR as hell, I wouldn't even recommend the bus since traffic was so bad it tookd us an hour literally to get from Stratosphere to like MGM area. Talk about pissing.

I watched Blue Man Group which I think everyone should see. It's just amazing, hard to describe but a fantastic show. wanted to see O and celine dion but dind't get the chance too.

Umm....clubbing wise, PURE at ceasars was awesome. djs were great, place was bumping til like 5 am.

The water there is so stripping, drink bottled water =) and yeah that's all I can think of now, thanks to everyone who helped me out!

We saw Celine last year, it was a great show. We had a nice dinner then went to the show.

I just came back as well, on Thursday night.

It was a pretty good trip... jam-packed our four nights and four days there. Went to twenty casinos, saw several shows (Rick Thomas, Bite, Fantasy), and went to three outlet malls and the Caesar's Palace mall.

Came back on Thurs night also. The weather was a bit windy so it wasn't too hot at all. I also saw the fantasy show and it was pretty good, the black guy was hilarious.

How are the nightclubs?

Last time i went I didn't get a chance to check them out. I'm going in July and just wondering how the lineups are?

Is is difficult to go club hopping?
Do they have the stupid, pretentious lineups like they do in Vancouver?

^..no, way worse line ups in Vegas depending on which club you hit...such as Tao. On the night I went, they would only let you in, if you had girls within your group. And the line up at Pure...dang, that was loooong.

has anyone taken a bus tour (1 day trip) to the Grand Canyon from LV? I'm going next month and trying to find some recommendations.

Club Tao is aight as well

Went to rumjungle at Mandalay Bay, Pure at Ceasars and Jett at Mirage.. All three were awesome. Pure has a wicked patio that overlooks the strip.

Pure is good because its connected with PCD lounge. Can't go wrong with that :)
