Haze, XS, Marquee and probably Tao are your best clubs in Vegas.
Those hotels also have the dayclub where its an all out pool party orgy (well not really).
Make sure to dress to impress and bring $$$$$$. If you are all guys good luck getting in....
Try and talk to your hotel's concierge or if you can find the club specific host to put you on the guest list to get you in.
You'd most likely have to grease the host and also the bounce before even getting into the club. But once in, its AWESOME!

Just came back from Vegas - it was pretty awesome.
TI- Fri/Sat
-checked in at 3pm
- did the $20 sandwich, and received a penthouse strip view room + champagne
- great view / walgreen across the street / TI Players Card gives you $10 free slot play with $1 activation
- if you forget your toothbrush - don't bother calling room service. They do not provide.
The Palazzo - Sun
- checked in at 11
- $20 sandwich got me a 42nd floor suite (hotel has 50 floors)
- much more advanced than TI - remote everything
- mini bar is on weight sensors
- tub and shower are separate
- Room service has 18% auto gratuity. Service and food was pretty good.
- If you get Carnivale coupons, be sure to read details. Some are only valid M-F.
TAO - Sat
- complimentary admission
- open bar for girls1030-1130
- ladies can buy drinks for guys for free during open bar
Mystere at TI
- Awesome!
- $95 + fees
- 3rd row from center
- bought from TI box office - morning of
Guns and Ammunitions
- $140 tax incl for COD package (1 handgun , M4 , P90, one more gun)
- Shuttle to/from hotel
- Free t-shirt
Random
- free jello shots at Pour at NY with foursquare check in
- Freemont St. - check it out its awesome experience
- M & M's factory
- Coke factory - 16 different flavours of Coke from around the world for $7
- Earl of Sandwich / TI Buffet
- Sign up for Total Rewards at PH and get discount at Cabo Wabo
- Lots of coupons for free drinks / buy one - get one half drink
- Was standing around the Titanic Exhibit at Luxor and got offered pair of Free tickets, usually $35/person. Pretty cool exhibit.
Also got a FREE 3night/4day deal to Excalibur. Catch is I have to spend 2-3hrs at a time share presentation.

For those that the $20 trick has worked, how much better of a room have you gotten?
I got the Rialto suite at Venetian booked in August for me and some friends ( Rialto Suite - Las Vegas Suites - The Venetian - Resort, Hotel, Casino.), but would be cool to get a couple connected rooms instead or penthouse, but not sure if that`s pushing my luck.

12 months. I paid $124 deposit that will be refunded in cash, dining/entertainment/gaming when I check out. I have 30 days to cancel and get my cash back.

I remember one trip, a four day rental of a Ford Focus cost under $100 total. The second time, I rented a big Dodge Caravan and I think it cost about $150 for four days.

| $20 Trick and getting upgrades in Las Vegas Hotels
I find the $20 trick and getting upgrades varies from time to time and hotel to hotel. It also depends where you booked your original reservation.
Here is when/where I tried the $20 trick September 2010 - Wynn
- Checked in on a Saturday pretty early at about 11am.
- They were still busy checking people out and cleaning rooms asked us to return at 1pm.
- When we returned offered the $20 trick and was upgraded to the similar type of room but high 38th floor center strip view (lake of dreams and fashion show mall)
- Originally booked through Expedia
- Success May 2012 - Vdara
- Checked in on Friday.
- Upgraded to 40 something floor with Bellagio Fountain View. Same room type however.
- Booked through Expedia
- Success June 2012 (EDC weekend) - Aria
- Check in on Sunday
- Got a mid level floor with Mandarin Oriental / MC pool view.
- Clerk in the VIP guest wouldn't budge and give me a better upgrade
- Booked on a Player's Comp offer (2 free nights)
- Failed
I think YMMV. Seems like it's better to book through Expedia and go in large groups to try and see if you can get a better upgrade.
Rarely do I see people book the cheapest room and get a 2-3 level upgrade - anyone wanna share their story?

Helps if you have a lot of rooms booked (3+) and all go check-out together give a big tip? (maybe try $50) and see if they would bump you up.

Actually, this made me remember... the first time was from Enterprise, and the second time was Avis.
I remember this now because I was also under 25 the first time, but I was able to find a code that waived the underage fee.
I just checked, and it's still valid.
For Enterprise, I used the Beta Gamma Sigma code: 01A8037
You can click on this link: Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Rental Cars at Low Rates
I checked with and without this code, and it still does work.
I didn't have to prove my membership with Beta Gamma Sigma when I picked up the car.
Apparently these are similar codes for Avis and Hertz... I haven't verified them though.
HERTZ: 13000 American Bar Association
Avis: X352100 Regency Development

Here was my experience.
Went to line up at 6:15 and only got inside the buffet at 7:30.
In terms of food choices
- Nicely presented in the individual ramakins and stainless steel plates
- Quality is absolute shit. Crab legs were so thin and tasteless.
- They had some unique things like truffle fries, truffle scallop potatoes, fried pork tails, beef ribs, crab and heirloom tomato salad, bone marrow but all these items were pretty crappy.
- What's worst was halfway through the Buffet at 8 3/4 of the chefs disappeared from the stations so alot of food ran out and when they got back they were rushing to make it(very poor quality) I circled the buffet 3 times and only loaded up on truffle fries......
- The desserts were good but again they ran out of alot of stuff Overall after reading all the reviews on Yelp, Urbanspoon I really dunno what the hype was about. I've seen consistent 4.5 to 4.75/ 5 reviews. But I would give it a very disappointment 1/5 and WOULD NOT RETURN.
Go to the better buffets like Wynn & Bellagio | I also saw all the glowing reviews of WS at Cosmo, one tip that caught my eye was to go at LUNCH. It's a much better deal.
I went there for brunch/lunch on Sunday back in June. We got there pretty late and they said the lunch buffet was closing soon but we waited anyway, the lineup was like 45m-1h long.
The price for lunch buffet was only $22, plus one free glass of Mimosa or Mojito. Most restaurants will charge anywhere between $7-$10 for a cocktail so technically you are getting into the buffet for $15.
The quality of the food was quite good, they had delicious soft-poached egg bennies and I like how they use many small plates to present the food rather than 1 big tray of slop. The prawn cocktails were a bit dry. Service was excellent.
The black guy making the omelette was freakin' hilarious he was putting on his own little comedy cooking show for the waiting crowd.
Earl of Sandwich was delicious hangover food.
Carnegie Deli for the most monstrous pastrami sandwich I've ever seen.
Prime Steakhouse in Bellagio was awesome, must-try is the Truffle Mashed Potatoes and their Vodka Martini was topnotch, (pick the Russian vodka on their menu, I can't remember the name off the top of my head right now), also ask for the patio so you get a front row seat to the famous Bellagio watershow while enjoying your meal, but don't sit too close to the railing as you will get the overspray from the fountains onto your steak lol ...

Anyone ever rented a vehicle through Dreamcarrentals.com/u-save because a buddy and i are thinking of renting the older gen 1 viper for 5 hours, but it Might be hell without airconditioning though. We may go with the porsche 996 for that reason. Anyways my question is how many hidden fees are there and is it worth the 300$? O ya we are going next saturday |

only catch is YOU HAVE TO attend a 2-3hr time share pitch. It's a pretty good deal. I'm going on a cruise next year, so I wont be able to afford another Vegas trip + cruise.
No black out dates , you can even book for Dec 31 if you call now. Coupon is valid for 12 months. Requires 2 weeks notice prior to arrival for slow season and 1-2mo's ahead for high season / party weekends. |
