Is there a restriction on the # of transactions if you trade from a TSFA? I've never looked into it but now I'm wondering.

waddy41 11-02-2010 06:32 PM

I don't think so...I definitely hope not...

Nope, only a limit on contributions

Heads up on Tag oil tomorrow morning. Sidewinder well released better than expected numbers.

Darn, regret selling. :(

Might see the action in the opening, and may decide to re-enter.

waddy41 11-03-2010 07:28 AM

I'm like a kid in a candy store...so many good choices out there

My personal feeling is that a major correction is coming soon...so I will keep cash ready to buy then..

I don't think the share price will very high until the offering ends on nov. 17. This is a good time to get in right now imo.

Yeah, +1 on your thoughts.

All those pessimistic American bears are getting to me...I don't want to buy anything anymore..

Today I bought back into EPO (potash)...and bought SF (REE)
MER jumped up again..thank goodness I bought back in at .30

there are better stocks out there for the same price

waddy41 11-04-2010 11:12 AM

oooh ok i'll try to get out safely...

what a day...i thought i was still dreaming when i got to my computer..

gdoh 11-04-2010 12:10 PM

HUD announced a big hole at the end of the day went up 0.36

what a good day in the market today

canadian dollar at 0.9974 with new from the US

waddy41 11-04-2010 01:44 PM

gdoh: how did you find out/where did you see that SF mgmt were "spinning paper"?

Awesome day....but...as I make gains on the NYSE, the USD is losing value
In the LONG run the USD strengthen against the CAD....right?

I'm a clown I didn't buy V.OMI
I first found it when I was trading OMI (NYSE) and thought V.OMI was a good one...but never really looked into it..

Yes cuu has been good for me and has a lot of things going for it. It's also in BC. Look at other projects in the area and it is very undervalued. Lets hope the metal prices stay up for at least a few months. Still a few hurdles to clear but judging from external newspapers/reports things look promising. Powerline is a biggy and also the fact that TECK is involved. Holding cuu long term, ndr and mer short term.

Got rid of my MOS at $65 from $42 and bought more cuu
Curious to see if bhp takes any interest in mos for a buyout.

Got rid of my keg.un. Bought and sold at the same price but the monthly dividends were about 10% and a bonus keg gift certificate.

Like waddy I am being more cautious now and keeping more in cash.

Does anybody else stare at v.atc graph everyday? vtech hit hard haha

gdoh 11-05-2010 06:38 AM

waddy i know because i asked around about it and i was told that thing has been rolled back a bunch of times and that the director just spins paper

u wana find better deals take a look at the people behind it and how much the insiders own are good places to start do ur DD

yea atac went crazy if u liked atc id take a look at CFO & RVC

Jackwimmer 11-05-2010 07:09 AM

MGM has potential too, but LVS might be safer? I'm not sure I'm considering both though

waddy41 11-08-2010 10:29 AM

ya LVS is good as long as the USD is down...

some say that the USD won't rebound for a LONG time...or it will continue to slide..
what do you guys think?

holes weren't that good plus warrants being exercised

NVT looking verygood

subordinate 11-08-2010 11:51 AM

Bingo, that's what I've been waiting for on ROZ.

Edit: Warrants need catch-up, but all in due time.

waddy41 11-08-2010 12:04 PM

No I think LVS and MGM are making LOADS in Macau...
The price/quality is comparable to American resorts but the labour costs in Macau are way lower
USD down = higher profits when translating profits

gdoh: I guess I have to wait longer for MER....

subordinate: I guess the insider selling didn't affect the ROZ's price at all..
