^ I've had that feeling since it ran up $0.51 on no news and then came crashing back down.

Well when there is cheap paper out there its natural for people to sell they stock they are holding to replace it at a lower price. Everyone selling pushes it down .

On another note I heard that the Chief Geologist is holding 14 million shares....and he isn't selling anytime soon. Perhaps someone with a little more experience could shed some light as to the meaning of it but I take it as a positive sign.

Is anybody watching Uranium One?
I still have a fairly large position on uranium one. It has been trading sideways since the ex-div date. I'm positive this one still has a ways to go as uranium prices are on their way up

Looks like some manipulations going on with SFF as well. Been going down for awhile now so I got out and took a loss but looking at the surrounding site looks like other mining companies around Seafield Resources had some degree of success.

So it brings up question...How does one can tell whether a particular mining site has potential? Would I look at surrounding companies and their success?

^ yea alot of companies will go into places were others have had success and grab property around it because of trends with deposits and ride on the back of that like if RVC comes out with good news i will most likely reflect on TYE

DD, learn to read drill results, look at the history, people behind it, have patience, etc.

Where would you start to learn how to read drill results? Any recommendations on books? or websites?

I use Questrade, and their charts are decent. It's fairly standardized I would believe.

GMV is rocking.

Although KOK-V hasn't made the big jump I had hoped for, I firmly believe its' a patience game for this stock. Their land package is fairly decent in the area and like history says, this stock will need to be pushed higher before a pp is done again.

Probably 5 max.

Just also wanted to say that the stocks I've mentioned, I've held at some point and may or may not be holding.

You must be making a killing with ROZ waddy.

On a side note, I've notice Texalta (Tex.a) hasn't jumped during ROZ's Increases. Tex is in the same area with good prospects as well, but definitely not as good as ROZ. I say if people catch on, TEX.A (@1.15) should move as well.

gdoh...what do you know about NVT that we don't know?
There has been a lot of insider selling...

sub...I didn't make a lot on ROZ...my avg cost was 1.8 and my avg selling price was 2.42..
The article in the Globe made me want to sell...basically it says other companies have drilled before and were unsuccessful...

I bought BMO.TO and SLW today...

OK i'll just hold...i got in at .2 and am not happy with the action lately..

One thing I learned is that I can't swing trade the same stock continuously...I get too emotional and forget to look at the big picture...I have to wait at least a week before jumping back in..
I'm really messing up on SVM

I can't find the post and I can't quite recall, but it had something to do with copper mesa?
Do you remember or know what that was all about?

ooo yea that was a few years back NVT gave money to copper mesa (around 500k) for a property that was being taken by the government. so NVT lost that money but slowly started to gain good relations with the government of Ecuador. until recently no1 thought Nortec had anything to with them, until they were seen in a news paper from Ecuador sitting at a meeting with the president and other big mining companies. NVT was invited a couple more times down there to give presentaions and what not. So dont u think nortec has something that the Ecuadorian government likes for them to be able to beat out BIG mining companies and to form basically a partnership with the government.
