Did anyone read into this article on SH?

I found it interesting is the 2.1 million shares it holds of CUM. That is worth at least half of its market cap right now. This is one stock I'm going to move my CUU profits into. lol

Ya only 9 trading days left for March and given that they're expected to release the assays by the end of March, I don't think there'll be a significant pullback

Is the news going to be good for sure though? I bought a crapload of shares at 1.4 and sold them all yesterday thinking I could buy back at the next pullback too =p (excuse my noobness)..
What's the worse case scenario?

Worse case scenario is they delay the announcement of the results or it's not as good as everyone thinks.

It doesn't really matter on the results anymore. The results back in 2007 is so good already that we need a feasibility study finished in order to develop shaft creek into a producing mine. When the FS is done, I think Teck has 6 months to decide to back in on its 75% interest. If they do, I think Teck are responsible for the financing and CUU holding its 25% interest will become a cash cow. If Teck doesn't, CUU will take back the 75% interest and CUU is opened to find investors elsewhere. With the size of resources, I don't think that's an issue.

Correct me if I'm wrong guys.

sounds about right

it would be better for CUU is teck doesn't do the full 75%....stock would probably go for $8+

wondering the same thing, and if oil goes up will cuu drop big? because oil is heavily used in mining companies

oil will likely go up on monday, stocks will go down..

CUU might go down, but its a short term thing, the fundamentals won't, overall have changed

reassess base on long term higher oil costs, but a short spike just means good time to buy some stocks on the cheap

but generally markets aren't down today in asia - hoping this is true for NA tomorrow - the positive news out of Japan appears to be more prevalent than the continued problems in libya

Citi is planning a reverse 10-1 stock split. Plus a 1 cent dividend in second quarter of 2011.

Anyone know the effects of the reverse stock splits?
