ya my plan is CUU to OPL, but CUU won't go to max until the FS + 120 days (or possibly sooner depending on Teck's decision)

i still have some BCG shares that i haven't been able to sell....i wasted alot of time and loss gains by buyint the BCG and not CUU in the first place, oh well, live and learn

i just hope the shares i do have pay off at some point soon

What I heard was that during summer, a lot of traders are on vacation and a lot of ppl take off their position. So it's more of months of low volume trading where prices can be pretty volatile. Not that it drops but more volatility.

How much did you get in BCG? I know how it feels, still have my fucking MER.

I hate MER with a passion. I lost a good chunk of my TSFA funds in that junk. Made some rookie mistakes. Mostly holding AAA now, which has had a rough few weeks.

I usually hold a stock for no more then a couple months.

I made 100% on XM and Siri back before they had TV comercials. Same with Nortel networks back when they doing the 'bottom out' bounce.

Generally I play stocks in trouble now, aka, people trading on fear. I played my TFSA on GM shares, but wish I had put it in ford instead. I sold short ford at 60% profit, but only put in a few hundred bucks. Ah well, maybe next economic collapse.

strykn, i wouldn't worry about CUU, i hope its going to be out tomorrow.

noob question: Would RG get a boost from CUU's RE as well since they're like neighbors?

Seems like a good thing but CUU's volume is getting lighter everyday. Only 166K traded so far and half the day went by already. I was reading an article that said Shaft Creek has a NPV of 2.8 billion in 2008. Any increase in the RE, that number is going to rise. Even if it doesn't reflect the increase in resource prices today compared to 2008.

Check out KBR

Liking the CUU price action, *knock on wood*, could it be that something be released soon?

Somebody bought 47500 shares at 2.20 just now

Price Size Time Buy Sell
2.20 47,500 14:26:59 001 079

Gonna have a lot of implied volatility priced into them; There'll definitely be a lot of puts buying which may lead to price pegging near expiration
