a lot of stocks do that unless you have really big news and the markets are pretty quiet today

why did they only come out with one hole??

there is actually 4 holes in total, 407 estimates are posted. 408 and 410 are pending assay. 409 got terminated for ground conditions. All 4 holes showed visible mineralization. imo this is great news because 410 should be better than 407, and right now 407 has the highest grade at 1.18% cu eqv.

and i just found out why we are taking a hit. Someone is shorting cuu pretty good lol. but w/e i think i'll pick up more shares and let it rebound in the next couple of days.

Maybe he doubled it in Vegas? or more?

A PFS for Novagold's Galore Creek should be out by the end of the month or this week. I wonder if that'll give CUU the pop it needs.

Copper Fox Metals | Business Excellence Magazine

A great article on CUU. It explains the Teck back in and the low grades of Schaft Creek.

ya, good exploration/development company - big plans and all, HOWEVER:

Galore creek = next door to Shaft Creek, so you're more exposed with CUU, assuming all goes well with these properties... on the otherhand, Novagold already has Teck in bed with them on that project

Also, if i'm playing gold, which I am, i'd rather hold gold through an ETF - you might be waiting a LONG time for Novagold to do anything

I don't get how some ppl never learn. It's like $700 billion bailout we had few years ago and everything was going to be apocalyptic and shit. The Congress end up passing it a week later. Same situation now, politicians using the debt ceiling debate to build their political position and the same folks feel like it's end of the world. It's almost like the market is finding excuses to sell off.

I'm happy I picked up some more CUU at 1.76 today. Didn't know it would close lower but good buy nonetheless.

^^ agreed - if they don't get something passed, they're nailing a nail in their political coffins, something will pass, it has to, and all will be well.... for a while
